Respecting your privacy
We value your custom and appreciate you taking time to visit our site.
Sadly a few websites abuse the information visitors give them, selling the data to third parties, or automatically signing guests up to junkmail lists. We strongly disagree with these practices and therefore only collect the following:
- Ensure that the website is functioning correctly.
- Send you information that you have requested.
- Send to you information about other properties that may be of interest, (provided you have requested this).
- Respond by contacting you regarding information relating directly to your enquiry.
- Send you our News Letter, (only if you have requested it and is sent infrequently).
We do not provide your details to any third party, (even if you request it)! The exception being if you have requested the forwarding of property details to a friend.
We have all heard stories about discs being lost containing personal data. However, any information you may supply is kept away from our public servers and in an encrypted format. Where this relates to pages visited, we never store data which could later reveal your identity. We do however, log information relating to abuse of the network and mail forwarding systems.
If you have opted in to our News Letter service, (this is sent infrequently) you can later elect to be removed, by simply replying to the email with the words 'UNSUBSCRIBE' in the subject box. We will then remove you from the list. You may also request to have all your information removed from our system at any time, except where this may relate to an ongoing purchase or is included in an abuse report.
We will never call you by phone in response to an email from our website, unless you have requested that we do so.
